The word "Handyman" has a bit of a negative vibe. Our maintenance contracting services are fully licensed, making us (essentially) not a handyman. ​

Indoor Repairs and Maintenance

• Door fixes: Adjusting hinges, fixing latches, planning sticking doors, and replacing doorknobs or deadbolts

• Wall patching: Filling holes, fixing cracks from settling, and repairing small areas of damaged plasterboard or gyprock

• Water damage: Repairs to walls and ceilings damaged by water.

• Fixture installation: Hanging heavy mirrors, pictures, towel rails, curtain rods, and shelves

• Touch-up painting: Repainting scuffed baseboards, trim, or patched sections of walls 

 

Assembly and Furniture Work

• Flat-pack assembly: Putting together desks, beds, and wardrobes from stores like IKEA

• Cabinet adjustments: Re-aligning cabinet doors and fixing loose drawer tracks

 

Outdoor and Property Upkeep

• Gate and fence repairs: Fixing broken latches, replacing rotted pickets, or rehanging sagging gates

• Gate and fence installation: we will remove the existing and replace with new

• Deck and stair refurbishment

• Gutter cleaning: Clearing leaves and debris to prevent water overflow

• Minor exterior maintenance: Pressure washing paths, replacing outdoor light bulbs, or assembling small garden sheds
